I have the same problem, but rather than try to change it I accept this fact. I never tell lies, so no problem about emotions there. Hence people know that I am not two faced, say what I mean and react as I feel. This means that people know they can trust me. Know I will not repeat secrets, gossip or tell lies either to them or about them. Instead of trying to change yourself, use your openess as an asset. You say your eyes or face always give the game up (what game) are you dishonest and get caught out. If not, no problem. Change your attitude to yourself, instead of trying to change yourself.

Be proud that you're a genuine person. having said that it's not fun when all the world can read your face. Have you tried working in front of the mirror so you can learn how your face looks when you feel certain emotions then practice looking calm and serene, It actually works.
Make a conscious effort to smile if you're feeling down. this can actually lift your mood.
If all else fails you could always try botox then you'd have the same expression all the time!

I know lots of people like you and they're ALL, without exception, really decent respectable people. My wife is one and I love every little frown and mile wide smile of her. She's the most fantastic and interesting person I've ever met in my life. She can bring a tear to my eye with her sad expressions and lift my spirits to the sky with her smile. I close my eyes, and I can see her wonderful face. It's absolutely amazing.
You've got a very special gift there mate, which will give you an advantage over us less blessed. Be grateful of it. Good luck.

You and your face are the same, is the first thing to realize. Then practice controlling your face from the inside out. Changing how you feel about yourself has a lot to do with it but one thing at a time.

You have to be taught how to get more of a "poker face" thing going, and help with changing your internal attitude, and excuse more of a pleasant demeanour. You have to learn to have control over your body, emotions and facial expressions. It's all up to you, no one can do it for you.

I have the same problem though i suppose its good in a way because people will know when they upset us without us having to tell them and if we are disgusted by them.
