I didnt bleed heavy in any respect after my first. My 2nd replaced into born thirteen yrs later and is now 14 months and that i bled heavy as quickly as I first stood up, my husband only approximately fainted it replaced right into a great gush. yet via fact the time exceeded it replaced into lighter and lighter i think of by ability of the top of the 4th or 5th day it replaced into no worse then a extensive-unfold era for me. In week 2 it replaced into very mild only had to alter my pad a pair situations an afternoon.

It does at first. Even after the six week post partum visit. It just took a while for it to get back to "normal. At least for us. Other mommies I have talked to didn't feel any different at all. Of course, I have torn and had episitomies with each of my pregnancies (big headed babies! :o) ) But it has always gone back to normal after the first couple of sensitive months. My husband agrees.

Kegals are great. My husband is reading this with me and he says everything goes back to normal. I've had 3 children all 9.4 lbs and 10 lbs. All is great here.

It felt better than before we got pregnant. Which my baby was only 5 lbs 15 oz. I do my kegels everyday, and they help tighten things back up.

It is not the stretching as you would think, rather the epizeotomy, exhaustion, and full aching breasts that did it for me.
