I just cut out the middle man and nibble on the cow while it is still in the pasture. I start with the ears. It drives them udderly crazy, and that's no bull. I steer clear of the mean ones.

meduim if u are going to have it blood dripping red why even have it at all. i call that the moooooooo ing stage. that means it is still alive and moooooooooo ing when u eat it...
