A good way to last longer is better breathing, my swim coach told me to breath out as much air as I could, then hold it, then breath in as much air as I could then hold it etc. etc. This exercise stretches your lung capacity. The easy you can breath the longer you can last.

You cannot. A few days doesn't give you the time to do anything. If fact, if you exercise for those few days, you will actually decrease your ability. Athletes will "lay off"" exercise for 2-5 days before competition to give their bodies time to recuperate from exercise, and store up fat and carbs for the competition. Training the muscles for such a thing take time, and a few days is not enough time...
Unless you are a cheater, and want to dope up...

You can practice long and hard, but it will probably just make you sore. There's no substitute for time spent practicing, and that will take months to make a big difference.

Silly question. You know it takes at least months. There are no magic answers for this kind of thing, just work and practice.
