On a Windows computer, press SHIFT and then the Print Screen key which is located in the upper right section of your keyboard, somewhere next to Baskspace. This operation normally copies the screen to the "clipboard" on Windows. Then go into a paint program or a word processor that can drop images on the page, and press CTRL-V to paste the image from the clipboard.

Try the print screen button upper right of your keyboard to copy followed by paste from either the mouse (right button) or edit - paste from program. Second alternative is to hold simultaneously the crtl and c keys to copy and ctrl v keys to paste.
