Once you signed a marriage liscence then everything is no record, hence u r still married. In any state, all records are evident everywhere and can still be traced so your marriage is still legal. However if you did file for a divorce then it isnt but it depends if the person u were married to signed the papers. All records are still there

If you never officially divorced (or unless your spouse died), then yes. You are still married. Marriage is a lifetime contract, unless you get it annulled or divorce. So the date and location don't really even matter. Better get an attorney if you are not sure!

yep. unless you have the divorce on record...but since i am assuming you wouldn't be asking this question if you had filed for the divorce-you are still married if you signed that marriage license and had it performed within the time it had to be done.

It depends, did you file for a divorce? I am sure that once you are married it is always on record...You could call that county court house and see if they have it...

You have to be kidding. Did you get a divorce? If not, you're still married. A marriage doesn't just "go away" because it was a few years ago. You have to dissolve it legally.

?????

Marriage is for life. You are married unless you have a piece of paper that says you are not.
