You should be concerned. Kittens can trigger a prey-drive reaction in some dogs. This can be very bad.
I don't allow any roughness, or aggression between my animals. Aggressors are firmly scolded, and moved away from the animal that they're harassing. If they try again, they get put in another room for a time out.
You need to establish that you and your family are the alpha members. And teach them acceptable behavior.

lol i went throught the same thing! My dog oreo would always do that to my cat when i first got her as a kitten, i was concerned to cuz she was so tiny and frail. Every chance he would get he would put her in her mouth and kinda play with her, but it didnt seem like he was trying to hurt her more like he was playing with her but alittle too rough. Its kinda like when a toddler wants to play with a baby but they are being too rough because they dont know just how fragile the baby they think they're just playing.
Anyway i would get after my dog not to do that beause i thought it would hurt her but after a while of them living together they started bonding and now whenever he goes up to do her to play she actually trys to wrestle him back and play with him...its the cutest thing...dont worry your dog is just trying to get to know your new kitten and play with it but your kitten's probably alittle scared because it doesnt know your dog...and is more intimidated. After a few weeks you'll see a difference in the way they bond.

I doubt thier intention is to harm the kitten. An adult dog realizes the kitten as a baby. This is more likely than not play.Sometimes dogs won't realize how fragile the kitten is and must be corrected for it. If your dogs are ill behaved they need to be punished for it. If they don't mind all you can do is to keep them separated.

As long as they are not hurting the kitten, leave them alone when the baby gets tired of them it will give a swat. they are probably just making sure they are showing who's boss. We were here first so there!!!!they all have to get used to each other, after all they are roommates.
