First of all, good luck with a queen. Neither my husband or I are very big, but when we visit my folks and try to stay on a queen, there is no way. We both like to stretch out and need our space when we sleep.
And most men do not want to try to sleep all cuddled up with his woman. My husband and I cuddle when we first go to bed but when it is time to sleep, we give each other our space.
It will be a little strange at first but you get used to that other person being there and after a while you would grow to miss it. Relax and don't worry about it so much. Don't be afraid to turn over or get comfortable becuase you are afraid you will wake him.
I would however, consider a king if you can do it.

It isn't usually a problem for the first couple of years but here is the deal...The woman gets to pick what side of the bed she wants and is allowed to read for 20 minutes so she can be relaxed enough to get a good nights sleep. On the other hand, if your bed is too big for the room and one side of your bed has to be against a wall, you get the wall "no matter what side of the bed it is on". This is for your own safety! Never go to bed mad, give your spouse lots of TLC and then tell him to back off and let you have a few minutes of quiet time.

My fiance and I dont have sex but since wo dont want to go through that we sleep in the same bed sometimes like when i go to his housh we put a movie in and fall asleep and we do this on a twin bed so we know we will be comfy no matter what and when i slap him in the face he wakes me up by tickling me so i dont feel bad when he tells me we are big cuddlers but he is a bigger cuddler than me so that is our only problem cause he makes me face him which i hate but i know that in 10 min i can lay how i want so just get comfy with him and have fun!

Get a King sized bed. Find one of those memory foam mattresses-- the one in the commercial where they have a glass of red wine on one side and someone jumping up and down on the other. The guy I am dating has one and it is great! Normally I have a hard time sleeping with someone else in the bed, but not when we sleep at his place.

Make sure the bed fits in the room, agree on the "firmness" of the mattress, and expect not to get much sleep the first night because it is just an awkward experience the first time you do it (not talking about sex!).

Find a comfortable position on your side of the bed, or cuddling with your hubby. You'll move around during the night but, it's natural and you'll readjust your bodies to both fit. Unless one of you is extremely large there should be no problems.
Good Luck and Sweet Dreams!

Each couple is different. There are different problems that arise, such as snoring, light sleepers, bed hogs, cover hogs....As for me and my boyfriend, we have all of the problems. At first-it seemed like it was going to be dang near impossible to ever get a good night's sleep together-especially since we both were not used to having someone else in bed with us. But as time goes on, we are getting more used to it. That is my only advice that is actually worth anything-just give it time. You both will eventually get used to sleeping in the same bed together and before you know it-it will be extremely weird NOT to have them sleeping next to you. I know I can't seem to get to sleep anymore without my guy snoring away next to me. It is almost like one of those CD's of the ocean that puts people to sleep-mine is my guy's cute, but sometimes aggravating snore. :o)
Good luck!

Hopefully at least one of you is a heavy sleeper. My husband is, and I am a terrible sleeper. Whenever he starts encroaching on my space or snoring or anything I just tap him (or push, if necessary). He rarely wakes up, and even when he does he doesn't usually remember. If you have the space and think it will be a big problem, get a king size bed.

Hehe, first of all figure out what side of the bed you want to sleep on, then practice. To be honest, you will have some adjustments to make. Just make sure to laugh when you roll over and smack him on the nose in the middle of the night.
