Do women really believe there is a secret meaning behind everything and everything needs to be analysed ?

I ask this as I have spent over 20 years with an overanalyzer.

unfortunately i think like that about 60% of the time.

i make a big deal out of stuff and the next day im just flabbergasted that i was even mad about it.

I don't think its a "belief" as much as it is an unconscious reaction. Blame it on the fact that many men will never volunteer any information, and we are left trying to figure things out on our own. But, I think that this can be said for both sexes- women are just more active in deciphering, where as men are content in blissful ignorance. Ugh, I hate using generalities, but I guess this question calls for it. :)

Please explain just exactly what you mean by that statement. Do I hear you say we women find a secondary meaning or interpretation behind everything? Do I hear you say that we women pick everything apart, examine it carefully, dissect things, put it under a microscope
(metaphorically speaking) and make an analysis or assumption.
