Why?

Call DHL. Let them know you'll be happy to do business with them if they will give you a very narrow window of time for picking up your package.

Explain to them that there are a number of more reliable couriors in the area, and DHL would do well to up their game to the standards you need them to meet.

Speak to a supervisor if the clerk isn't able to help you.

Try contacting the company and find out why they have not sent a driver to pick up your package. There may have been a mix-up in the directions to your place, or the driver might have been in accident, or any number of reasons. If they cannot get someone there A.S.A.P. and if you have another deliver company near you, then tell them that you are going use the other company. If they want to keep you as a customer then that should light a fire under their bottoms and get them moving.

Omg Names change but answers don't these companies act same way as couriers, ie don't trust them cos when they are supposed to come they don't trust me I detest dealing with these ppl. Anyway had dealings with these cowboys 2 months ago when they were supposed to come on a Tuesday and instead came day before omgggggg do these ppl ever listen , ring Dhl and ask to speak to a supervisor and say where were they on such and such a date and don't give in to them, get them to come when its convenient to YOU and not them. Try these numbers 01332 816 010 or 0208 818 8000
