Stress causes late, early, or lack of your period. Making it difficult to know when you are actually ovulating, making it hard to get pregnant. So, yes it does.

Yes stress can effect your chances of getting pregant. But of course it's not the only reason. When trying to concieve it is always best to start on a healthy diet. She should also try taking prenatal vitiams now. I am asuming she is trying to track her ovualtion and timing. Which can be very stressful. Tell her to relax and let nature take its course. Make sex a love making process and not a baby making process. Enjoy it! I tried tracking my hormones and what not and was very confused and stressed out about it. Me and my husband decided to forget all these charts and that. We made love every other day and put the romance first. The first month of ttc we did it. Baby here we come!

Good luck to your friend! Hope this helps

Yeah.... it is hard to conceive if you are under a lot of stress... so free your self to all the stress in this world..... go out and have fun wit your loved ones.... make love but don't think about anything that can trigger to stressful events... or better yet see a doctor.... God bless....

Yes, someone under a great amount of stress will have a harder time trying to conceive.

If you are under an extreme amount of stress it can cause you to skip ovulation. However most women who are trying to conceive are stressed out and most conceive.

I think it is harder if you're under A LOT of stress. Thinking about whether you're pregnant or not isn't considered serious stress. Divorce, death, losing a job, etc. are events that may/can affect your cycle.

researchers have found that stress can play a negitive role in conception. if i remember right it has something to do with a hormone released in the brain. seritonin i believe. but when you are stressed the brain produces less of it which effects your cycle and ovualtion. hence making it less likely to become pregnant. i also think i remember something in the study about orgasms being beneficial. something about the orgasm in the woman releases more of this hormone making it easier to become pregnant. tell your friend good luck and tell her to enjoy herself stress is no good for anyone when they are trying to accomplish something important!
