a) (0, 30000) (1, 32000) (2, 34000) (3, 36000) , etc.
b) slope of the line is 2000 you take the first two points listed aove and you subtract the y values and divide by the subtraction of the x values

y1-y2/x1-x2

32000-30000/1-0

2000/1

c) y=2000x+30000
d) y=2000(5)+30000=40000
just plug 5 in for x

salary vector (9 points) vs. time-frame (4 years) is unclear. Are these 6-month intervals? If so extra period. If not, ???
