My husband and I are trying to concieve. Although we're not trying hard, we believe 'it' may have happened two times Monday and yesterday as we handled our business. When is a reasonable time to take the test. I don't even remember the first or last day of my period. I "think" it was two weeks ago.

pregnancy test should work about 15-17 days afer your ovulation. if you think you have ovulated between monday and yesterday, i think you can test in 2 weeks.
good luck

Once you have missed your period, it's a good time to take a pregnancy test. If you are pregnant, it would probably show an accurate result one or two days after a missed period.

You ovulate about 2 weeks after your last period, and then implantation takes place about a week after that. You have to have implanted before any test will be positive. You need to wait at least another week.

I would wait 2 or 3 more weeks. And be sure to buy an early pregnancy test.

Good Luck to you!!!
