First, most of the countries of Europe had wars with its neighbors. If this war happened today and it consisted of mostly naval battles, then the UK would win. Let's face it, the United Kingdom has the best navy in the world. If it was a land battle, then Germany or France might win. They have better access to advanced weaponry, unlike countries like Switzerland. And Switzerland would try its hardest to stay out of this fictitious war. They don't like wars.

Nah - the UK would have to send in a squad of Health and Safety inspectors first to carry out a risk assessment. Four weeks later, when the report has been released, they would decide that going to war presents too much of a risk as people could possibly get hurt.

There would be no point at all in any of the other countries wanting to invade the UK anyway - there are no Brits left in the country, its full of Poles, Romanians, and terrorists (apparently).

Menehune-

Russia may be the LARGEST in numbers, as they have been for several centuries, but that doesn't mean that they would win or that they are the STRONGEST militarily. China has the largest military in the world, but no one outside China and very few inside China, believes that they are the strongest military in the world

Anyway, it is a moot point, as it would not be a free for all, everyone against everyone, it would be several allied countries against other allied countries as it has always been. As to who would win, that would depend upon which countries were on which side and which side America would support(whichever side the UK would be on).

Switzerland will win. After all and say and done the Swiss will come out on top. All the countries understand that when they lose and their country is devastated, you need a rich county to finance the rebuilding. I'm not saying that Switzerland will enter the war, but since Switzerland is the only one left standing, it wins by default.

I'd say the UK would win simply because America would support them. That is, of course, if the cause was just. Right now, so many Americans are anti-war that the UK would have to really sell us on the war in order to get our involvement. We may have a relatively small standing army, but if we were to institute the draft again we'd be quite large and have the best military technology available. It's sick the amount of money we spend on "defense." But, hey, that's America for you and as much as I like to make fun of the government, I gotta love being a "Yank."

The it would be WW3.

What a horrible thought.

Actually, right now, the countries with the most efficient nuclear bombs, are India and Korea.

Everyone else would lose.
