Would You Vote For A Candidate Who Had An Airtight Solution For Terrorism And Wars ?

As of now there isn't anyone walking on this great planet who has an airtight solution . All of the fairly decent solutions that have been proposed would also require many , many , years. . . . decades or even generations . And this writer thinks that we don't have the privilege or convenience of 'decades or generations' before Radical Islamists actually succeed at destroying our great country. . . and others . Not enough other countries are doing their part and this problem is so far-reaching and worldwide that we alone cannot do it ourselves . Securing our borders would be great , but don't fool yourself into thinking that would be an 'airtight' solution . Any well-trained military man knows that it wouldn't be all that difficult to circumvent so-called 'secure' borders .

The Bible speaks of times like these and I'm just wondering how many people are aware that the Anti-Christ is said to be the 'one' with the 'solution' ??.... and many will follow and believe ?

Actually I would be very leery of anyone who claims they have a solution. These battles have raged for millenia with no end in sight. In order to stop terrorism you must erase the causes of the hate. Hate is an irrational and base emotion which defies traditional logic. When you couple this with religious fanaticism what you are left with is an unmanageable situation. There is a solution to be sure. What is that solution? The complete eradication of Muslims. No sane person would ever embrace this as reasonable. Unfortunately, someone will claim they have the answer and people will follow out of fear. When this happens it will be the beginning of some very dark days for mankind.

Earnest...the short answer to your question is:
No.. because I don’t believe that a candidate exists that can IMPOSE order. (stop wars, irrational fanatics, demonic or mis-wired leaders seeking domination).
What "we" can demand is a candidate that recognizes that irrational humans are mis-wired and should not be afforded the opportunity to kill or destroy others. The candidate must be able to communicate (see below) &understand that America and others must recognize that the choice is to remove, contain or eliminate the mis-wired human killers- followers or leaders. The alternative is to accept chaos, massive death/suffering, slavery, ....etc.
Humans, unlike other species, have difficulty with accepting the FACT that No species is immune from defective offspring. Our problem in America is that we have “politicians” that delude themselves with an irrational belief that irrational /mis-wired terrorists/fanatics obsessed with power/domination can be reasoned with.. I will not vote for any politician that worries about the killers in Gitmo over the survival of the nation. Americans have died to promote freedom, tolerance and humane governments that nurture rather than repress/use their citizens. America embraces others with the same ideals yet understands that denial always makes a problem worse. Europe recognized Hitler yet chose denial-many died unnecessarily.

Yes. humans have always fought for domination,resources, land, religious beliefs, ....etc.
.. People (nations, tribes,civilizations) always die when they fail to confront,contain, or eradicate obsessive fanatics/leaders bent on domination or death of their perceived or declared "enemies". Today is somewhat different since the "world" has evolved into a global entity with nations that can use technology,weapons,trade agreements...etc to influence, coerce or dominate other countries.
..Humans have NOT changed. Some always( like other irrational humans) HOPE that logic will prevail & "agreements can be negotiated with "aid packages,/bribes", diplomatic "reasoning" etc. Others always recognize that ANY threat that would destroy them or their loved ones/next generation MUST be removed.
..Airtight solutions are not attainable simply because all humans are blessed with the innate ability to alter,change, create new solutions/methods to achieve a specific need.
(one early human cant kill a mammoth but ingenuity provides various solutions). Thus, Human ingenuity, compassion and deceit prevent the creation opf a airtight solution; No fight/battle plan is immune .
..Most rational humans understand that compassion and tolerance is preferred. Irrational humans that become chiefs/leaders are illogical and obsessed with their goal/vision/mission . Most irrational leaders are also expert deceivers-as they use normal human desires, indoctrination, and other techniques to secure "loyal" followers. Religion is unfortunately a no fail recipe as followers believe they will receive Gods favor for ...x. .
Indecision,complaints and whines are NOT a SOLUTION.
HARD DECISIONS are not easy but must be made if anyone wants a world where their children's talents/potential will have the opportunity to flourish.

You first of all, cannot talk or rationalize with terrorists. Having said that, the only thing you can do is a show of force. So in my mind, as much as I hate to say it, bomb them back to the dark ages and kill them when you can.

You can try to rationalize their behavior by saying its the worlds fault for generations of hatred and keeping them down. They have evolved in the areas they live in, following the local religious teachings and share a large portion of the blame. While the rest of the world works to modernize, they stayed third world.

Religious zealots have no hearts and have goals in their minds that nothing will turn them away from. So, here is what I say will help or make them think about it:

1. Any body or body parts found after a suicide bombing will either be fed to hogs, or, if the parts of the body are big enough, hog entrals will be placed inside the body and buried.

2. Nations who are found to support and encourage terrorism, will have their trade and finances cut off. Should that nation be direct linked to a terrorist attack against the US or its assets, surgical strikes from Tomahawk missles will be performed to take out key targets to include major power plants. If they want to be in the dark ages, turn the power off.

3. Any country that does not support the United States will have any and all funding cut off. No more free rides or buying our friends.

4. UN will be closed, funding from the US cut off and the building turned into housing.

5. Should any nation be found guilty of a terrorist act or support there of after our missle strikes, each attack will escalate up to and including a surgical nuke strike. If a dirty nuke is set off in the US, and eye for an eye, we will nuke your country sense you support the needless slaughter of Americans.

I know I will get dinged on some of these, but with terrorists, they dont talk and only understand force. If we had tried to talk to Hitler in WW2 instead of fighting, we all would be controlled by the Nazi's right now.

Wake up America, before we as a nation suffer a death blow from these terrorists who have no value on human life. See how many moms and kids they have killed not just in Iraq, but around the world in the last 20 years.

They are like roaches and need to be exterminated.

There is NO air-tight solution, unless you can reverse years of economic and cultural imperialism perpetrated on the rest of the world by European colonialists -- and the current standard bearer of imperialism -- The United States of America.

When you hear politicians talk about America's interests around the world -- do not take that lightly. Too much is invested outside the borders of The United States.

An "air-tight solution" would include relinquishing all these interests and building a 1000 ft wall around the United States -- something which is impractical and impossible.

America's arrogance (ref:Bush) has done it great dis-service -- With incommensurable self-confidence, America thought it possible to dethrone the inhuman Taliban with just a few thousands of NATO soldiers, and without a plan.

America failed to perceive the War against the Islamic Terror as primarily a Cultural – Behavioural Confrontation.

One needs to go back DEEP in history, to understand the causes of today's conflicts. Solving these problems is not as simple as building a wall to keep Mexicans out -- without REVERSING the root causes of Terrorism -- one of which is the "greedy" quest for domination of the world's resources.

....or just NUKE the rest of the world!

And...please keep Religion out of it, for in my opinion, ALL Religion is the cause of 75% of the world's problems. Many have used Religion to do good, and many more have used it as an instrument for exploitation and killing!

Looking at the present crop of Presidential candidates, I think the status-quo will be maintained: "blatant one sided support of Israel + kill anybody who messes around with our oil supply."

Therefore, please do not even think of "A Candidate Who Has An Airtight Solution." -- because there is none!
