If so, then why do we try to avoid them?

Sometimes;
There is a saying;
"If you ask god for strength he gives you ordeals"

I believe that we do need hardships in our lives. It is unescapable we can not run a way from our troubles because they will eventually catch up to us.

Trials and troubles ARE necessary for our development because we can not just live in a life were there is nothing but happinnes and enjoyment , simply because those same things that give us these feelings give us sadness , jealousy , anger etc.

In order to continue living the lives we do know we must go through these hardships to prepare us for the rest of our lives. We MUST be prepared because there will be hardships and trials in everybody's life at one time or another and if we are not prepared to deal with them and overcome them they will DEVOUR us. They shall take hold of our lives and control us to a point that we consider living a nightmare.
Hardships will come that is where we get strength and gain wisdom. With trials come better understandings of the world around us.

Of course one should not go seeking for unnecessary troubles because then they just cause more problems.
Once in a while it is good to avoid your troubles but if you know that your troubles will follow you for the rest of your life then you must be willing to go back and fix whatever problems you had and make everything right. If you feel hat you are not yet ready to face your hardships or ordeals you can take some time off but you must remember that you must become stronger and overcome your problems no matter how overwhelming they may seem. Only then will you be able to come out on top and you can rest happily for some time knowing that you did overcome those problems.

There will always be trials in everybody's life but you must know how to rise up to the challenge and overcome these trials with the best of your ability

I wish you the best of luck

The act of avoiding the sources that cause us pain is inherent in our very nature: we choose not to go out at midday because we want to avoid the extreme heat of the summer sun; moreover I can't imagine anyone using willingly cold water while taking a shower no matter how beneficial for our body. The same think happens with animals; if you accidentally step onto a cat's tail it won't just sit there and endure it; on the contrary, it's bound to protest because its defence mechanisms have taught it to avoid pain and danger. However, there are times that we do need to expose ourselves to painful situations when there is ultimately something to be gained. As mentioned before, no one likes to go out at noon in the summer. Nonetheless, if...let's say... our mother was sick and she needed medicine, what would we do? Would we just sit there moaning "I can't go to the drugstore, it's too hot outside"? Of course not; because our love for our mum is much stronger than the fear of pain, thus, our top priority is to ease her own pain and suffering rather than protect our skin from burning. Consequently, trials and troubles do serve as well when a higher good is at stake; in other words, as a rule we should avoid painful experiences but when those experiences are the only way to happiness, peace of mind and fulfillment, then, we should learn to overlook and endure them.xxx

Uhm, hi? maximum folk already understand that. in case you have sufficient money, then you definitely can get regardless of you like or want in this international. And that is going previous getting a good criminal professional, etc. case in point, Magic Johnson has HIV yet he's quite healthy (thank God). yet I heavily doubt that Magic Johnson may be alive right this moment if he grow to be basically some basic Joe with a 5-determine earnings. the only concern that concerns is that he's finally locked up in reformatory. And now he can think of approximately what a terrible excuse for a man or woman he's whilst he sits and rots in penal complex.

Well, of course no one wants them in life. They are definitely not fun moments to go through. But if we hide from everything because something may go wrong, then we will end up missing out on life alltogether. And the hard times do teach us lessons. Some of these lessons cannot be learned any other way. Through experiencing the hard times, we gain wisdom and become stronger people, and without them we would not be able to recognize the good times. They also have the ability to teach us what we desire in life, and what we do not desire. Life is trial and error, and forever moving forward toward who we truly desire to be and desire to acheive in life.

I think we learn and grow through adversity and trial and tribulations. Hopefully, we learn from the hardships in life and become better people. I don't think you can become necessarily better if nothing bad happens in your life. A balance of good and bad would be nice. Unfortunately, some people have more troubles than others. I guess it's what we learn from them and try not to continually repeat them. Kind of basic reasoning but in my view correct.

No one wants hard times but once you experience trials and troubles you really learn to appreciate the small things that we take for granted.

Trials and tribulations of life are like the poor man's dessert..... they do make us unhappy for what they are, but we seek consolation in the fact that they can give us learning.... the fact though is that trials and tribulations are neither the only route nor even the preferred route for learning.

I don't know why we try to avoid them, but they do serve us well. I believe that without the hard times in life, you wouldn't be able to recognize the good times. That is what I believe their purpose to be. If you didn't have heartbreak, for example, you would not know good, true love when it came along.

Face them bravely rather than trials catches you. Trials and trolubles is the beginning of wisdom. You are given will power to overcome them if not just sleep over it and they be solved by themselves .

Trials and troubles do the best they can, serving us.

But they have to work with the human raw material they're provided.

It ain't often easy, and it ain't often fun, the old song alleged.
