let me explain the whole situation :
a guy comes to this country and then found a girl , they both liked each other and then decided to marry in two weeks . they got married but girl never treat that guy like a husband and even after marriage she want to go alone everywhere and she don't want him to stop her from anything.
Finally that guy thought that he won't stop her from anything but she has something else on her mind.
They never spent one day as husband and wife .
If she was not ready to married, why she marry that guy . Now she is saying that she did married only because of her father.
Now what is the fault of that guy ?????

Please don't make marriage a joke -my thinking.
Any good advice will be appereciated in this case.

You cant do any thing other than 1 decide to leave her or 2 forgive her . American woman are no different than American men so don't try to control her or be abusive in any way.Sorry Bud its your only choices forgive or leave her.

That is tough. I'm sorry you have had to experience this. The truth is that some women (and guys, for that matter), are what we call "players." She probably never really loved you, and only married you for your money or the legal protection that marriage provides. Perhaps she is even telling the truth about her father, as sometimes people marry to escape the hand of their controlling parents. She may even have psychological problems. There is not a lot you can do about it, really. If I were you, I would call a divorce attorney and find out what all your options are. If she is going to be like this, then you do not want to be married to her anyway. Let her go, and hopefully you will find someone more appropriate. Good luck!

If the marriage was entered into by a misrepresentation by the wife, then that surmounts to fraud and the marriage should be able to be annulled. Consult an attorney for your best options.

Was the marriage every consummated? If not, just get an annulment and cut your losses. No sense in staying in an unhappy 'marriage'.
