It depends... sometimes if there is a huge group riding they are riding for a "cause" or "charity" and normally they are called "bike runs", or "poker runs", if its not that then I would just say "its a bunch of motorcycles riding together for fun"

Nobody calls them a pack anymore. This isn't 1956. If it is a club they will call themselves a club. If it's just a bunch of friends riding they will most likely call themselves a group.
