its not hot at all it is only 5c(about40f) at 11.30 pm here

It's hot because it's summer. What you can do about it is wait for winter and stay inside in the air conditioning until then..

OR southern hemisphere it is winter there when it is summer in northern hemisphere.
OR stay in the room that has air condition
