Scan the car for security codes. The on-board security is a joke in GM products. The 10 minute wait is consistent with the specified "600 seconds" long security relearn interval.

try this, turn the key to the start position for a couple of seconds, the off and to the start position again. and while you are doing this listen for a little buzz, i.e. fuel pump. see if it starts after doing this a couple of times. if it does then you need to change the fuel filter and have your fuel system checked. you could have a bad fuel pressure regulator as well.

Does it turn over but not start like it is out of gas?? Fuel pump overheating and vaporizing it in the pump and the pump cannot pump vapor, only liquid.
If it just clicks, relay is going bad and the engine heat is causing it to not function.

I had an Olds do that and it was the O2 sensor.
