My little Phoebe is a 17 month previous African gray. She says some issues: "Whatcha doin?", "i'm gonna kiss you", "Love you", "want out", "ok", "ow, ow, ow", crows like a poultry and would sing a line or 2 from Joni Mitchell. each in some circumstances she positioned's what she knows of mutually to talk with me. i would be on the laptop and he or she'll ask "Whatca doin?", i will answer "Oh only enjoying on the laptop", she'll then say "whatcha playin?", i will say a recreation" and he or she'll say "Oh, Love you, gonna kiss you". this is humorous, i've got faith like I constantly would desire to respond, like she's extremely speaking. As for intelligence, she has customary her hues and shapes via fact that she replaced into 5 months previous. She knows of purple, blue, yellow, eco-friendly and orange and he or she knows of the shapes of a triangle, sq., circle, star and rectangle. She have been given a small split on her keel those days and replaced into limited to her cage. interior of an afternoon she found out a thank you to open the little doorways that carry the food bowls to get out. She performs capture, cover and look for and with out words she will ask for a nut by ability of mountain climbing to the fringe of the perch, stretching interior the process the bag and bobbing her heading interior the process it. in case you instruct her something yet a nut she shakes her head "No" and maintains attempting to get you to parent it out. i like that fowl!
