Ummm. Do not use vaseline.. it breaks down condoms and makes them less effective! If you are not aroused by your partner then you just aren't! This doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong with you. There are several products that you can choose from. Maybe get some samples of a few and see which one you like the best. They sell them in the condom section.. If this does not help you may need to consult your gyn.. Hope this helps!

You might try using an addition lubricate. Go to the section in the store that sells condoms and you'll find a whole bunch of them. Word of caution: if it stings and burns when you use them just use vaseline.

increase the fluid you drink, the body needs at least 2 liters of water a day to function efficiently, if you don't drink at least that much, you have such problems.
