The Kennedys are cursed because there's a rule which is explained in many cultures: Hinduism, Judaism, Christianity, Buddhism. You may know it as: Karma, or the rule that every sin of the father will be visited upon his children, and his children's children. John F. Kennedy may have come from a family of great sin, and (karma or how you want to call it) is coming back to haunt him and his family.
If you really want to know further, read the book "The Kennedy Curse". That will put some things into perspective.

I don't know if they are "cursed." For one thing, there are a lot of members of the Kennedy "clan," so naturally, they're in the public eye. Anything that happens will be big news.
Some of the "cursed" events are the result of poor judgment. For instance, JFK was surrounded by the Secret Service when he was assasinated in Dallas, and I'm sure no one ever thought he would meet a tragic end with so much protection around. But you have to wonder - if he had not been in an open car, would the bullet have found mark as easily?
I don't remember the circumstances of Bobby's death. I think he was gunned down in a hotel. For some reason, I'm thinking it was a kitchen, but I may be mistaken.
I recall that afterwards, Jackie was afraid for her children. She supposedly said something like, "They're killing Kennedy's." She took the kids and moved to Greece.
Ted was involved in that awful accident years ago in which the young woman was drowned when his car ran off the road into the river. There was talk of alcohol and indiscretion, for Ted was a married man. Did the press "tone it down," because of his status as a Kennedy? Who knows. Would it have happened if he had not been drinking? Who knows.
Should he have left the party by himself, instead of having a girl with him? Who knows.
JFK Jr. died in the plane crash because he was inexperienced at flying in the fog and made a pilot "error." A fatal error. Could he have made another choice, instead of trying to land? He's not here to ask, nor or his passengers.
In many instances, the choices and decisions we make have adverse effects. We use poor judgement, resulting in "bad luck."
A curse? I don't know. But consider this: Could similar tragedies have happened in any large, extended family? Say just an average, everyday family in Anytown, USA? Probably. And if so, would the whole word know about those events? Probably not. Not if they weren't rich or famous.
The Kennedy Curse is a fascinating subject, one that will always generate a lot of talk and elicit much speculation. It's worth researching by reading history books, if anyone's so inclined.

A curse this bad is ancestral and something very bad was done in the past generations of that family. Proverbs 26:2
"As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come." The Lord says that a curse without a cause does not come. The Kennedy family should seek the Lord and seek a Deliverance Ministry. The Lord can remove the curse.

I don't know that the Kennedy's are cursed, but the nation seems cursed by the one who has been in the Senate for what seems like an eternity.

They are probably no more cursed than a lot of other families around the world it is just that their lives are played out for all the world to see. Having said that probably making poor choices and taking risks that other "mere mortals" may not attempt has cost them their lives. Sometimes the rich think that are invincible.

They certainly know why they are cursed. They probably dont want to deal with it and people like you or me who may suggest they deal with it are considered as religious begots.
