Indoors; Terrazo/a, can outlast the structure it's installed in. Certainly it's one of the materials long ago used in schools and commercial/govt. buildings, but still requires maintenance.
Indoors it's not usually, or strictly SEALED; but that might be an appropriate notion for an exterior situation. Indoors it is stripped, and re-waxed/buffed regularly. I guess, my question might be,,, beyond some decorative aesthetics,,,why Terrazo, as opposed to stained, sealed concrete, so often seen in commercial venues?
In any case the floor will still need maintenance if it's exposed not only to traffic, but an exterior environment, and that maintenance will likely be a regular issue, though not strictly to RE-Seal, often,,, but certainly you should plan to clean it on some schedule.

You can get a sealer for tile and/or grout but I will caution that it will have it's limitations ie. it will scrub off with some chemical cleaners and it may have a tendancy to collect fine dirt over time and will need to be removed and replaced periodically.[ Every couple of years.] Hope that this helps...
