The contraceptives idea sounds like a good one.

If it stops at least one scrote from coming into this world, then its job well done in my opinion.

These chav's have such low opinions of themselves and such poor prospects that if they aren't beating up a random stranger, they are sh4gging anything with a pulse within a 5-mile radius of their "ghetto", further increasing the chav population.
