You should go to the Dr. He can tell by examining you.

Hello Lexi, So does the pain really come from your stomach or from the sides, near your hip bone. If it is coming from the sides, you could be ovulating for the first time, and it can be painful. I would think after the first time it will be more like a cramp.
Calculate 2 weeks or 14 days from when the pain first started and you might start then.. Which sounds like about now.
My appetite was different near and during my periods and I also had Hormone headaches. Hormones can cause Migraine headaches. Get your Mom to get some Excedrin.
It works well for the headaches. Your hormones can go up and down during the month and could be causing the headaches.
Good Luck, this is part of the "Joy" (ha ha) of being a woman.

I've never known symptoms to start 2 weeks prior to the actual bleeding, except for PMS and it doesn't sound like you have that. However,. it is a definite possibility that your period might be just around the corner. You can buy some maxi pads, and where them if you don't want the bleeding to start unexpectedly.
Also, if you keep experiencing all of these aches and pains and changes in your appetite, you should see a doctor to make sure it isn't something else. I've had my period for 9 years so far, and mistaken certain things happening inside my body for my period coming on.
Good Luck, and why don't you want your period? You are now officially a woman, and you can bring new life into the world! Now greater power on Earth! : )

It is unusual to get all these symptoms for 2 weeks and not start bleeding yet - all the symptoms you are describing could be related to a period but usually the pains etc dont start till the period is just about to come (eg that day or the day before) I would take yourself off to see a Dr and see what they have to say

Oooh Lexi!! Young Girrlfriend!! It sounds to me like your body is getting ready for that time in your life. Please be good to yourself and stay as active as you can. the appetite change is normal but please don't let yourself get out of control with it. Beleive it or not exercise helps on more levels than you know. Being a fellow sufferer of the dreaded "Curse!" I find that chamomile tea warm or cold helps the crampy feeling. An old old remedy is warm milk with a drop or two ofvanilla extract, and a bit of sugar (or honey, your preference)also helps to soothe. And basically, just be nice to you, its so not a party!! don't forget the midol/pamprin/etc and some extra calcium too.

Hi Lexi!
Ummm I think you are love. Breathe first of all. It's going to be fine.
Take some painkillers for the cramps and a hot water bottle helps a lot too.
Are you eating a lot of fatty foods and are really cranky to people? That's a bit giveaway.
Just watch the bed sheets at night too.
Your gonna be okay chick.

oh dear!
there is no point of worrying! you have just started your so called puberty age!.....normally one tends to get period started between 13-16 .so you know you have just touched the fence. and moreover hardly one get started at 13 itself.well but if you have good pubic hair...and underarms(hair) and good adult breast without periods being started then you should trigger to visit gyna but as in your case i guess its just normal ...your tummy must be upset...anyways you can consult the doctor..but the symptoms which you are telling does not relate to any periods disorder to the best of my knowledge.....!!
rather you check your routine....drink lots of water and if not feeling like eating you can always eat good amount of fruits ! they are always so light...and avoid junk.
eat healthy ,live better!!
hee...god bless you!
