Hello, I've just given you a star which brings it to 10. Whhooo hoo!!! I will spread the news so other people will come and give you a star, too. If they dont, then I will slap their ***. If its a male, then you can slap it. maybe get a star out of them that way.

first of all visiting the hospitals to visit the sick is a good thing visitin groups like say a church I already visited a senior citizen home with a group and helped out a bit even donating clothes to the needy would be great.
