I'm not talking about OPPORTUNITY I'm talking about ATMOSPHERE. Do you understand?

I don't think the place does, I think you make the decision yourself, even subconsciously. I mean if you are going to the bar to pick someone up, then yeah you made that decision. But if you are going to the bar to dance & laugh with friends, then meet someone. Then you have the choice then and there... You make the choices in your life, like going to a bath house (ew) then you are just looking for sex. But I know people that have gone to gay places, like bars or coffee houses, to meet someone, and they are still dating. It's rare that it happens, but it does... So I don't feel the place makes you promiscuous, you decide if you are going to be and put yourself into that situation. :)

Yes. There would be more opportunities in places such as a gay bathhouse, gay club, gay beach, even a gay bar.

There would be less opportunities (if any at all) in places that
are geared for everyone.

Edit: Look up the definition of venue - it means place. If you wanted to talk about atmosphere then you should have said that when you wrote the question.

The atmosphere of being around a lot of guys (particularly in various types of revealing attire) could make me (and a lot of other guys) more likely to be promiscuous.

It's the old addage that "women need a reason, men need a room." Men by their nature are promiscuous.
