I went to the doctor on June 5th for a D&C cause I did not have my period for 3 months. After the procedure the doctor said that I would have some light bleeding for 1-2 weeks. After I went home I had constant heavy bleeding for 2 weeks. I went back to the doctor and he poked my finger and my blood count was at 10.6 . He decided to put me on progesterin and estergin theropy at home and see if that stoped the bleeding. It never stoped it and it began to get so bad that I need to wear 2 pads at once and I was changing them every hour to two hours. I went back to the doctor and he put me in the hospital and did the estergen theropy there overnight. He sent me home the next day with extra strength birth control. I ended back up in the hospital the next day cause I was way to anemic from all the bleeding. He decided to do another D&C and he also did a scope. He found nothing. He told me that my only option now is a hysterectomy. I dont want to go that route if i dont have to. Help Me!!

I only went to see this doctor cause I was late for 3 months thinking I was pregnant but technically I hadn't had my period in 7 months. The doctor thought I might have cancer from all the blood not comming out so he did the D&C. I am only 25 and dont want a hysterectomy yet. I am seeing another doctor in August but that is a ways away and the bleeding is just getting worse. I dont know if he did something wrong or what. I dont know where to even start looking for another doctor.

First of all, be strong. I hope that everything will be ok.
Were you pregnant when your doctor did the DC? You only mentioned you were 3 months late. Period can be delayed by several reasons apart from pregnancy. Then why would he do a second DC?? It seems he tried to correct a bad thing by doing something worse. Your doctor seems a bad practician and you should definitely seek a second opinion. Maybe you will hear other alternatives to the one your doctor gave, maybe even a fast treatment.
Good luck !
ADDED DETAILS:
YOUR DOCTOR IS A FREAK. If you dont have your periods the blood doesnt store somewhere. If you dont have your period it means THERE WAS NO BLEEDING, the hormones responsible with shedding the baby nest in your uterus (which forms every month n any woman's body, no matter if she gets pregant or not) werent released. Periods can be late owing to several reasons: stress, weight loss, tyroid imbalances or being pregannt). Did he perform any type of analysis, echography, bipopsy before taking the decision to do DC? TRY GOING TO A DOCTOR NOW. ANOTHER ONE. It is important. Go to a big hospital, so you can be sure you'll find a good doctor!

THIS IS NOT NORMAL... SEE A NEW OB. GYN. PROMPTLY.
I had 3 D&C's due to Endometriosis, and had no prolonged bleeding at all. But did end up with a Hysterectomy at 37.
Get started on B-complex and Iron pills to help avoid severe anemia.
Ask friends who they go to and find a new OB GYN. When you call for an appointment, be certain to explain the urgency.
God Bless and Good Luck.

I sincerely hope this is not true, but he may have perforated your uterus, the most common complication of a D & C. Please get a second opinion as quickly as you can. If necessary, go to an emergency room, preferably in a hospital where you doctor does not practice. This is NOT normal.

it sounds to me like your doctor did something wrong.
go see another doctor IMMEDIATELY!! DNCs are not supposed to be so commonly used, it's similar to having an abortion, and every time you do it, it weakens your uterus.
go see another doctor, before it is too late.
