Emotional. As long as I make enough to pay the bills and scratch an urge every once in a while. I work with people's health,I don't feel I can make big bucks off the suffering of another,so I'm for the satisfaction of helping out.

Job that is financially rewarding
Well i'm not money minded but to be practical financially rewarding job is better to survive in this world instead of getting emotional satisfaction and getting peanuts emotions can be taken care off by our own self and yes after an age you learn it by self how to face difficult situations.
Life is difficult and seeking for emotionally satisfying job means being a coward facing the world is not that difficult unless you dont become emotionally strong.
But yes too much of everything iz a mess so the job should be balanced.

Well, I have been on both sides of the fence here and I have to say a job that is emotionally rewarding. Yes, pay is great and we all need it but I cannot take the stress that goes with a demanding job. I would much rather like what I am doing and so if that means I do not make top dollar then so be it. Now if I were the bread winner of the house it would be different but since I am not, then I have the luxury of being able to have a job I really like. I get paid well for what I do but there are certainly higher paying ones out there.
You spend most of your life in your jobplace so it is best that you like and enjoy the environment around you. Because if you don't, it makes it real hard to get out of bed in the morning. Trust me, I have been there.

Emotionally Reward is more imp. Becos after I gone into the working life, I realise you do what you want, and get satisfaction eventually you'll be happy. Whereas it you got financially rewarded but your job let you get stress up a lot and everyday faces a new problem, you won't be happy. In the end, you won't get anything other than money.

A combination of both would be ideal, but to choose one, I would choose emotionally rewarding, because if I did not like my job then I don't think I could stay with it no matter how well I got paid.
