You also need to change "families" to "family's" because it's possessive, not plural; may need to delete the first "And" because there's another one later, also odd to start with it; also change "life" to "lives" because it is plural.

"Take another family's relative away in a matter of a second and affect everyone who cared and loved for that person very deeply, they will have to live with pain and guilt for the rest of their lives."

better? :-)

Sorry but it is not a sentence. It is a phrase.

To take another family's relative away in a matter of a second, will affect everyone who cared and loved for that person very deeply. They will have to live with the pain and guilt for the rest of their life.

This sentence is incomprehensible. I'll try: To take away a family's relative so suddenly affects everyone who deeply loved him. The perpetrator will have to live with the pain he caused and guilt he feels for this act for the rest of his life.

It would appear that the word "way" after relative should be "away" Also delete "a" after the second word. And last insert the word "they" after the word "deeply"
Hope that helps

HUH??? This makes no sense whatever. What's wrong is that it isn't a sentence and doesn't express a thought. It's just a bunch of words strung together.
