Never a better time than the present. Love is not something to be avoided, nor should it be a drudgery to your life. Love should compliment your life in every way...so, sooner is better in my estimation. (I am speaking of love, not just sex).

Even if my answer may sound like a cliche, I believe that it is soooo true..
There is never a "right" or a "wrong" time to be in love. If you fall in love, you just fall in love! If you ARE in love with the right person then you would not fall for some other...
So just let yourself go with the flow ...of love! Let yourself get carried away by this overwhelming feeling, and live every single minute of it at its maximum!

CG no time is the right time, the heart doesn't keep track of time it just marks it.
I would say if you are in love then you are scr..wed from the get go.
