How about a 'living will'?
(I realize many of you are young...so don't waste your time answering, "I'm only 14---why would I need a will?".
I'm asking adults...
Should something happen to you (which I pray it doesn't...) will your loved ones know your wishes?

No, being single everything currently would go to my family anyway

Theres' no need for that to change until there are other issues that need to be dealt with.

I'm 26 and yes I have a Will.

My brother was killed when he was 24 and didn't have a will. His money went to people he would not have wanted to have it. So I have had one since I turned 18.

Bad nurses joke-

What's the definition of a 'will'?......

.... C'mon it's a dead giveaway...!

in every way shape and form. personally have no desire to be a vegetable without any quality of life. there is a time to live and a time to die for all of us. without life there can be no death, but without death there can be no life -- at least for the physical form we see but the Soul and Spirit will live on forever.

Yes, I and my wife both have wills, power of attorney's, health care proxy's. Everything i/we will need if the need is ever there. I myself think that EVERYONE should have one. (if you're an adult)
