My best friend believes firmly in them. One day I was visiting her, and we suddenly heard a clanking sound that was like two metal pipes being banged together. She thought nothing of it, but I got up and looked outside. There was absolutely nothing to have caused that sound. She said she knew, it was just her little friend coming to call. She often hears knocking at her door, but nobody's there. One day she was walking through her kitchen and a cabinet door flew open and a casserole dish came flying out and shattered all over the kitchen. Now it's starting up at my house. I hear something outside that sounds like someone beating on a drum with a rubber mallet. My husband has heard it, too. I'm also getting the door knocking thing every now and then. We live right next to a cemetery. I wonder if someone's grave got disturbed. Guess I'll never know.

Spirits are all around us. I have a friend that can see spirits and she says they're around us all the time. Of course some try to communicate and in your case they got through.

I believe in them, however I have never had experience with them. My mother has had one experience and she was very much freaked out. If the spirit bothers you I believe you can simply ask it to go away, there are ways to try and help the spirit cross over if it becomes too much of a nuisance for you. I believe you can simply have your house blessed or burn certain candles? Sorry not much of a help on the "How to" but search the web and I am sure you will find something. Best of Luck ; )

I used to when i was younger.i had a massive interest in spirits etc but as the years have gone on i have become a skeptic.i have heard and seen some things i initially thought were ghosts but later turned out to have explainations.i have become a firm believer that just cause we cant explain things doesnt mean that theres no explaination.it just means we dont understand what it is.also the mind is a mysterious thing.thats just my opinion tho.everyone has a different one and are entitled to it but im sticking with mine......just cause something cant be explained doesnt mean it doesnt have an explaination

Yes, the first time I was a teenager, it was a man, seemed very evil, I tried to scream, I couldn't move, finally it disappeared and I ran, found out later he died in the bed I slept in...second time in my 20's, I was sleeping and my blanket fell on the floor, I grabbed it and covered back up, then the blanket was ripped off the bed, I looked over and there was a small blonde haired, blue eyed boy, looked about 4 years old, standing next to my bed, I scrambled out of bed and ran out...third time, my husband and I bought an old house, over 100 years old, we lived here about 2 weeks, one day the bathroom door opened and there was a naked old man drying off like he just got done taking a shower, then he disappeared, then wierd things happened, the water kept turning on in the kitchen, doors kept opening, things moved to different places, my husband saw him walking down the steps and then disappeared, my daughter said he came in her room and sat on her bed, I have seen him three more times...then all of a sudden everything stopped, haven't seen him in almost a year.

I don't believe in ghosts (a person's soul after they die), but I do believe they are stronger forces of evil called demons (Satan's demons). And these are evil spirits that like to torture people by scaring them, and they can manifest themselves into anything. Even making people believe that there is life after death. These beings are not good to toy around with them because they are wicked and bring harm to many people.

i'm no longer professional, however the way you defined it makes me think of that there is an evil entity on your place. If the folk who lived there till now you have been experiencing issues, then it likely has no longer something to do with the examine. particularly in case you have been blessed via a clergyman. no longer something can injury you in case you ask Jesus to guard you. inspite of the incontrovertible fact that, you being athiest, i do no longer understand if being a mystical investigator is the best ingredient. on the grounds that there ARE undesirable spirits and demons available, they're probably going to seek for out the guy with the least faith in God or faith. in case you have faith interior the devil, you may have faith in God and vise versa. evaluate having a clergyman come on your place and cleanse it. I additionally reccommend telling your team approximately what your husband experienced with you sitting up at night and telling him to awaken. this would point out indicators of possession, they'd probably have the respond to that. in case you at the instant are not possessing the region, and you may get out, i'd for my section get the hell out of there if I have been you. Entity's of any sort, particularly evil, at the instant are not something i'd want to debris with.

I've had some strange experiences too, but I'm still not sure what I believe. I'm more apt to believe in demons and angels than ghosts... there are some things that just can't be explained.

People do not have a "ghost" or "spirit" that lives on after death. These are just superstitious tales that people use to explain things they don't understand or to frighten others. If you think logically instead of superstitiously, you could EASILY surmise that the casserole dish was propped up unsteadily upon another dish and was barely hanging in the balance. A mouse or vibration in the floor may have been enough to tip the balance over and the weight of the dish sent it sliding out the door and onto the floor. CRASH! The rubber mallet hitting the drum could easily have been a bullfrog! And heaven forbid if you live next to a cemetery I don't know who would ever think of playing pranks on you by knocking on the door and then running away and hiding! You're a prime target, for crying out loud! The only reason people believe in ghosts is not because of any "evidence", but because they want to believe!
