That is the main house word FLOW with it! Just because you cook breakfast and do the dishes doesn't mean your done for the day! Now there is lunch and supper to prepare as well as fitting in the laundry, making beds , sweeping floors, etc. I try to tell them how easy it would be if they would just keep up with the flow.

Its just like swimming across a river... If you feel resistance, swim at a 90 degree angle to the current. If the current is pushing you where u want to go... run with it.
Never go directly against the current as this gets you dead real quick.

depends.. i actually follow what i believe is good for me.. i dont let others decide for me.. so whether i go with the flow or against it, it all depends on me.. but if you are talking about trends, i definitely have my own style..
