The WTC fell because it was hit by airliners. The way the buildings were constructed they could not withstand the force of the blast. The president in vetoing because he does not like the bills being put before him. It is his right. The pentagon was also hit by an airliner. The plane also took out 5 street lights before it hit the pentagon. For a missile to have taken out the lights it would have had to travel in a zig zag pattern. Missiles do not travel in zig zag patterns.

The person who was posting the samples of Anthrax has yet to be caught. But I would not say that they will never be caught.
The twin towers were felled both by the damage to the superstructure of the towers from the impacts of the two planes as well as the fire weakening the supports.
The president is using his veto as he does not agree with Congress.
And it was a plane that hit the pentagon.
