A good question indeed!! But the sad part is both Indian Cricket League and BCCI are at loggerheads with each other the same when Public sector units are privatised. I would want BCCI to sit calmly and analyse the pros & cons of the ICL and would want to see BCCI ultimately endorsing the programme of ICL for the mutual benefit of both. Otherwise it's going to be utter confusion and chaos in Indian cricket.

There should be some compitation between two groups. Then the feauture of our upcoming youth players will get more chances to show there performences. Then our Indian cricket will improve .
