Oh goodness yes ! I have felt like that many times. Here is what I do, it may not work for others, but it works. I go to the mall anyways, but here's the catch, take just enough money(leave ALL charge cards home), for lunch and then maybe an espresso afterwards. If your area has a museum, go and see the attractions,take a walk along the beach(bring along some bread, the seagulls or ducks will love that),and look for seashells,who knows, you may develop a new hobby with the shells you do find this is also a good time to take along a toss away camera. Enjoy yourself !

i always wanna go on a big shopping spree. yea, there are always bills that need paid, but i just say o well and enjoy my shopping and not let the bills get to me... till later.

But I have a caring mum who's in love with shopping and that's one of the things we have in common so then she takes me shopping and is really pleased to buy me some clothes and make me forget about this bill-thing.

Yes, 100% everytime. Lunch out in London- sipping Pimms in a beer garden, followed by shopping in Oxford street or electric bill? hmm- bye off to lunch!!

yup, and done it. sometimes i just get fed up with having to go without and having to monitor what i get in my weekly food shop because of bills, so i just think oh, stuff it, they'll have to wait another week and I'm gonna have a blast..
as long as i don't get myself into dept whats wrong with a bill or two having to wait another week to get paid - they can't have money i don't have!

all the time...and because i cant just ignore the urge to buy nor can i ignore the need to pay bills... i pay what absolutely NEEDS to be paid.................THEN I SHOP SHOP SHOP!!!
