As dandelion leaves can be a bit tricky to get your hands on, especially in a city go for dandelion tea instead, and also nettle tea which is good. Do drink lots of water, the reason you get water retention is because your dehydrated and your cells are holding onto water, a bit like a camel! So reassure your body by drinking water. AVOID CAFFEINE! it will make the water retention worse! And salad stuff is good. If you go to the loo loads because of your liquid intake eat brown rice, it holds lots of water but will go to the bowel rather than come out as urine. Hope this helps

To keep regular and healthy you would be crazy not to try something called Prosit. It is from Africa and will keep your insides clean and working like a well oiled clock.
Prosit contains something called Aloe Ferox, which is 22 times stronger than Aloe Vera, and has 3 times more the amino acids. I have been using Prosit for 3 years and feel the difference, I am regular and have more energy.

cinnamon. You can smash it up and make a cup of tea. There is catually a teat in stores called DIETERS TEA. It is kind of expensive but it is just cinnammon. If you don't have cinnamon sticks you can buy some of those sachets bags you get at hobby stores or wal-mart (in the wedding isle) and put 1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon in them and pull the string to close it.

Dandelion tea. Both the roots and leaves are good. It is a strong diuretic, mild laxative and is good for your liver
