Well me personally, I'm going through medical school for psychiatry, so I should be set with a career like that. But I'm also doing that because it's another thing I love to do. When you pick a career, try not to do it just for the money (I know you've probably heard this a million times). Find something you really want to do, narrow it down to a few careers, and then look up annual sallerys and go from there. I'm going to assume you want to board your horse and not buy actual land. If so, and you want you and your horse living comfortably, I would say try to find a job that pays around 60 to 70 grand a year, the more the better of course. Because average cheap board around my area is 500 a month and no less (unless you come across some miracle barn) usually. Then you have a ferrier bill at least every 6 weeks, then shots and coggins, and other vet related bills in case something happens. Then riding and care equipment and supplies for the horse. And the list just goes on unfortunately. Then of course you have your own house, car, food, etc. It can get quite stressful, which is even more reason to find a job you'll at least somewhat enjoy. Just go on google and do some research, they will have plenty of websites where you can find careers in categories and see the average yearly salary rate, even some will show you what areas pay more. Good luck!

Hi
That is an open kind of question , i don't know how old you are but the sky is the limit for anyone.
After working in the trucking ind.for 13 yrs I went back to school and took electronics, something I was interested for yrs.but didn't do,don't make the same mistake ,find your nitch, even if it is digging ditches,as long as you are happy and that is success, not money.
If you wanted to work in a store or resturuant and phicisally unable then work as a supplier fort hese places.Again ,educate yourself ,It is the best start.

Depends what you think you can do or are capable of doing. I wouldn't advise being an English professor judging by your spelling and grammar! If you like the outdoors, apply for a gardening job (this is good if you like to work on your own unsupervised) or a dog-walker for rich people! You can do anything you apply yourself to if you have a willingness to learn and are confident. Study or do a traineeship if you want a white collar job or if that's not your scene, work with children or in a nursing home as a cook or personal attendant. Best of luck!

I could never work in a restaurant or store. I hate inside work. I am an Outdoor Activities Instructor in 4 disciplins, but I want to go into social work.
I work as a doorman at the weekends and it is exhausting. The worst part is trying to get drunken women to leave the bar at the end of the night. Trust me, drunk women are insane, and they would bloody rape ye if they had the chance. Its tougher than climbing Ben Nevis with a hangover.
