Well,
i'll give you two ways::
1- The easy way, it is to call me and i'll give you simple instructions and guide you through the proccess.
To call me, you'll have to have a Skype account, and I'll be helping you through the Skype Prime program.
just nagivate to this link to get in touch:
http://www.skype.com/go/joinskypeprime?call&skypename=leprince_amir
2- The technical guy way:
If you want to uninstall windows messenger (it is not msn messenger) you will have to follow these steps:
If you prefer to remove Windows Messenger manually, click Start, Run and enter the following command:
RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\inf\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove
Note: This will prevent a long delay when opening Outlook Express if you have the Contacts pane enabled. To prevent this, click Start, Run and enter REGEDIT Go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express
Right click in the right pane and select New, Dword value. Give it the name Hide Messenger Double click this new entry and set the value to 2.

If you are having problems finding it in your program menu go to the website below. If you can find the program in your menu just right click on it. A window will open click on un install and follow the prompts. (Exit Internet Explorer first !)
1) Download MSN Messenger 6.1/What's New
2) Differences between Windows Messenger and MSN Messenger
3) Removing Windows Messenger 4.7 after installing MSN Messenger 6.2
4) Removing Windows Messenger 5.0
Download MSN Messenger 6.2 from msn.co.uk
View the new features of MSN Messenger 6.2

start, settings, control panel, add or remove programs. Scroll down the list and find msn messenger, they are listed alphabetically.

You go to Control Panel -> Add/ Remove Programs -> Add/Remove Windows Component -> find one name "Windows Messenger", then unclick the checkbox, and click Next to uninstall it. Have a try.
Good luck!

This is how I got rid of it. Start-search-all files-more advanced options- make sure hidden files is clicked. the type in msn messenger. Delete all files and folders than come up. After that exit out. Then get rid of the registry keys. (this is VERY dangerous,be very careful messing with the registry) click start-run-REGEDIT...click on hkey local machine-click on software-go down find msn messenger-right click-delete- all keys. *Again this is dangerous. Do exactly as I told you and you will be ok. DO NOT mess with any other registry settings*
