If you mean from an external DVD player that is meant to be used with a t.V. then you will need a VGA box. You can get them in computer stores, and on e-bay. We use one of these to attach my sons X-box to the computer screen.

Yes as long as that computer has a DVD Rom. All new computers should let you watch DVD movies on your computer because they already come with one.

Yes, but only if you have a CD drive. Stick the DVD in the CD drive and close it. You're computer should automatically play the DVD. if not then go to "My Computer" and double click the CD drive. Good Luck!

If you have a DVD rom, then you can watch a movie from DVD on your computer.
On my computer, DVD movies tend to cause my screen to freeze, so I don't bother to use my computer to watch movies.

if u have a dvd player-program installed, you can. an example, the one i have, is WinDVD. you can download them on the internet, just google it. And when you have one, just put the dvd in the disc driver and it shud autostart. :)
