How can the lap top get full access to the internet using a mobile phone and blue tooth?

when you pair your phone using the blue-tooth manager, under services choose blue-tooth modem

then treat the phone like any other modem - expensive way to surf though can't you find a wifi hot-spot instead?

YOU CAN GET FULL ACCESS TO THE INTERNET THROUGH YOUR MOBILE PHONE USING GPRS (Genereal Packet Radio Service) check it with your Mobile Operator. and they would surely help you.. Make sure that its an Advanced GPRS subscription.
