mid aug a chance of something like summer though that's by no means certain it looks like there,s going to be a few hot days then a break down with thundery shower make a change ha ha then a return to warm to hot condition and so on

It's a beautiful day today in south Staffordshire. The sun is shining it's warm with just a light cooling breeze, perfect. Though I doubt it will last as rain is forecast over the weekend.

This is the British Summer. We have had a few very good years and now it is back to normal.
I might add that August is the warmest month of the year in UK but it is also the wettest
