-Be very clear and concise when trying to communicate with others.
-Limit your grammatical mistakes.
-Reword your question so that others may understand your needs and offer feedback.

If you're talking about teaching English, you have a way to go before you're ready for that. If not, please spell out what you mean by "instru engg" as it's not very clear.
