No, its programmed for fat32.
fat32 is much safer for flash drives because with the ntfs system theres a higher possiblilty to losing data in case of power lose or in the flash drive case the unsafe unplug.

Surely u can do it.Just right click on it,format,NTFS,choose the block size and format it.Then transfer your data back to the drive.

I wouldn't try NTFS, as they are normally programmed to use FAT16, although some newer ones use FAT32.
