T-Rex. It'd be close though. The sheep would brutally attack the T-Rex, causing the Rex to run away in ultimate fear. The sheep then would chase after him until they were running at an even pace...(sheep can be very fast yanno). Then the sheep would again go in for the kill, but the T-Rex's big ol' foot would get in the way... no more sheepie.

The sheep would win easily. All it has to do is start running. Hopefully it will find a fallen tree, a fence or something similar and jum over it. the T-Rex couldn't jump, and would probably trip over, as it would take him too long to slow down enough to stop. If he fell he wouldn't be able to get up.

The sheep of course. Can you not see them all jumping on top of the T-Rex and chomping through it's flesh? Sheep are lethal. I used to own 2 sheep as pets and the ram (called shaun lol as in Wallace and Gromit!) used to head butt me all the way down the field!

If it was "Eric The Very Smart Sheep" he would win by throwing himself down T-Rex's throat and suffocating him. Otherwise T-Rex would have mutton stew.

my first thought was t-rex the 70's band. i was confused as to why they would be fighting with a sheep.
but now i realise you mean t-rex as in the dinosaur it still makes no sense.
so just as a wild guess i'd say the sheep (cos they don't confuse me !)
