Actually, in my book, it's probably WORSE for a married man to be in love with someone else than it for him to be messing around with them.
It's only going to get messy if you can't keep emotions out of things like that.

No. It is not ok for a married man to tell another woman(married or not) that he is in love with her. It is even worse given that the other woman in this case is happily married. The married man could be asking for a heap of trouble should he actually tell this woman that he loves her and she goes on to tell her husband and this guys wife.

Because men at bars are typically pigs! I'm having trouble understanding, though, why a married woman with 3 kids is hanging out in a bar anyway...isn't there a nicer place you "mommies" could go for fun?

I'm confused - - - who will do the telling?
Anyway, I guess anyone can say this. This should flatter the other one. But then the proposal should only be acknowledged, and then rubbished immediately, since the woman is happily married anyway.

That doesn't make sense. Who is the "her" that he is telling "she" that she is in love with? Or is the married man actually a her?

Absolutely not! What's your problem? Are you having a hard time controlling your urges? By the way, if you have not been intimate with the one you are infatuated with, how could you feel the intimacy that you long for? Love-no, headed for trouble-yes!

i dont find it proper. review the purpose of saying such a thing. if its for the purpose of mere expression.. then maybe its just okay. put if its for the purpose of getting feedback or for action, then, better not.

It's ok but not ethical.
You might get into trouble.
As long as you feel it's alright and you are not afraid to be bullied, that's ok.
