If you happen to be an Indian citizen & want to marry a foreigner then you can marry under the Foreign Marriage Act, 1969 in a foreign country. You have to contact the Indian Embassy in the foreign country & give notice for such marriage with the Marriage officer who is an employee of the Indian Embassy appointed for this purpose under the Act. After one months notice this marriage is solemnized & a valid marriage certificate is issued that is legally acceptable in India & any country of the world, on the basis of this certificate the immigration process of this foreigner spouse can be worked out & even the foreigner can apply for the India citizenship. Apart from the general conditions regarding the age, martial status, relationship within the prohibited degree, the only other necessary condition is that such marriage between the foreigner & the citizen of that country where it is being solemnized should not be against any prevalent matrimonial law of that country. If you happen to be foreigner married to another foreigner & want to settle in India then you have to apply for family immigration to India according to the prevalent laws regarding this.

Are you an Indian citizen currently living outside India and want to marry a foreigner and bring her to settle down in India? OR are you living in India now and want to marry a foreigner and bring her to India? Which is which? If you are living outside India then go to the nearest Indian embassy and ask the officials there. If you are in India, then you should go and get relevant advise from the immigration authorities.

You have neither stated your current location nor bothered to disclose whether you have already married a foreigner, and in the facts and circumstances of the case, it is best that you get in touch with the nearest Indian Consulate office to get the exact details. It should suffice here that if your spouse intends to take up Indian citizenship after marrying you, she can do it.

Are you American?
Beware! I have dated guys who were Indian and they usually have close family bonds and its like dating the whole damn family instead of the individual too. They tend to be very one sided and prejudge people a lot.
I am very attracted to Indian men, but I don't think I would ever get serious about none any more.
