I have bet with my friend. He says you can not seize the motorcycle engine (125 cc Honda) in 30 minute standing position (with out move the motorcycle). Is there any way which can seize the engine in very short time like before 30 minute or before. Can anyone tell me how to seize the engine as soon as possible in standing position. thanks a lot

Uuummmm...why would you want to seize any engine?

Anyway, to seize the engine, just dump the oil and start the bike. Works everytime!

Otherwise (assuming you have oil and everything is working fine) even if you don't move the bike, the engine will run until there is no gas left or it overheats (if it is not liquid cooled).

Even air-cooled motors (in good working order) will not seize when idling for prolonged periods. They will run very hot and will probably result in other problems down the road, but it won't seize.

My suggestion, would be to put in a quality oil, make sure that everything is in top working order and just ride it.

Ride Safe!

PS: Stop making dumb bets. :)

Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer.
A CR250 - Holding the throttle wide open will seize the engine.
Even if it's water cooled, MX bikes don't have fans and have to be moving to cool the radiator coolant.

Engines seize when they run out or low on oil. Why would you want to do this?
